Our story

Built in Nkubu, since 1996

Maraken Products was registered on 2nd April 1996 and grew through power line construction and cabro/paver block production — both still going strong today.

In December 2021 the same hands turned to something every Kenyan classroom needs: chalk. We now produce, process, package and sell Mahiri Chalks at large-scale capacity from our Kiamurio site along the Nkubu–Mitunguu road.

We are self-driven, timely, willing and capable — and because we manufacture locally, schools buy direct at a fair price.
